Terms of Service
The terms for using TabSail cloud browsers and prepaid credits.
Effective date: October 26, 2026.
Operator and scope
TabSail (https://tabsail.com) is provided by individual operator 朱城磊, based in China. Contact support@tabsail.com for service, account, privacy, and billing questions. These terms apply to the TabSail service. Purchases through Creem also follow the Creem Buyer Terms.
What the service provides
TabSail provides isolated cloud browser sessions, automation connections, live viewing, human handoff, temporary file transfer, and optional saved browser Profiles. You run your own application or agent and choose its model. TabSail does not run a hosted AI agent or include model fees.
You must have authority to access the websites, accounts, data, and systems used in your workflows. Follow the Acceptable Use Policy, target websites' applicable terms, and applicable law. You retain your rights to your content and grant the operator permission to process it only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and support the service.
Accounts and access
Keep project API keys, website credentials, saved Profiles, and connection links private. Only give access to trusted people and applications. You are responsible for actions performed through access you authorize. Report suspected compromise promptly. Your application's end-user authorization remains your responsibility.
Credits, prices, and usage
Credits provide access to TabSail browser usage. They are not cash, cannot be withdrawn, and do not purchase additional concurrency. There is no recurring subscription or automatic recharge.
New accounts receive a one-time grant of 10,000 credits, equivalent to USD 10 of browser usage. New and existing accounts may redeem eligible credit codes after signing in. Each code grants its stated additional credits once per account; different codes may be combined. Codes have no expiry or registration-age limit, support up to 100 accounts (or a lower stated limit), and become unavailable when exhausted or disabled. Limits apply per account rather than per individual. Disabling a code does not revoke credits already granted. Existing accounts do not receive the welcome grant retroactively. Grants are recorded separately from purchased credits and do not represent a payment.
- $1 USD purchases 1,000 credits. The minimum top-up is $10 before tax. Applicable taxes are shown separately at checkout and do not reduce purchased credits.
- A standard browser uses 100 credits per browser-hour ($0.10). Each billable session rounds up to a whole credit, with a minimum of 1 credit.
- Billable time runs from the browser becoming ready until it stops. Waiting for your model or a person, or disconnecting your client while the browser remains running, still uses time.
- Platform startup failures and sessions interrupted by a platform failure are free. Normal completed usage remains billable if subsequent cleanup encounters an error.
- Credits reserved for a session's approved duration reduce the amount available for other sessions. Unused reserved credits return after settlement. Purchased credits do not expire.
Payment confirmation comes from server-verified payment records; returning from checkout alone does not grant credits. Creem acts as Merchant of Record for purchases it processes, handling payment, applicable transaction taxes, and receipts. TabSail provides the product and support. See the Refund Policy for payment issues.
Browser state and service availability
Retrieve files and results before releasing a browser. Temporary pages, downloads, and browser memory cannot be recovered after the runtime is destroyed. Profiles save supported cookies and localStorage only when requested; they do not preserve a running page or guarantee continued website login. Keep an independent copy of important business results.
Availability and supported limits appear in the documentation and console. The service does not promise uninterrupted operation, a fixed service-level agreement, access to every website, or recovery of a lost running browser. Contact support about a material service failure.
Restrictions, suspension, and closure
The operator may restrict or suspend access reasonably needed to address misuse, a security incident, a payment dispute, or a legal obligation. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support. Requests to close an account and delete personal data can be made through support; some billing, fraud-prevention, and legally required records may need to be retained.
Changes and your rights
Material changes to prices or these terms will be communicated before they apply. Pricing changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases or settled usage. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. For a dispute, contact support first so the issue and the available remedy can be reviewed.
