Refund Policy

Prepaid purchases, failed payments, usage corrections, and refund requests.

Effective date: October 24, 2026.

One-time prepaid purchases

TabSail sells prepaid browser credits through one-time USD purchases. There is no subscription renewal to cancel and no automatic recharge. Purchased credits do not expire. Stop a running browser to end further billable usage; disconnecting an automation client alone does not stop it.

Refund requests and mandatory rights

TabSail does not offer automatic refunds for a change of mind or unused purchased credits. This does not limit a refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other remedy required by applicable consumer law or Creem's applicable purchase terms. Contact support@tabsail.com for duplicate charges, an incorrect amount, a purchase that was not delivered, a material service problem, or a statutory request. Each request is reviewed using its payment and usage evidence.

Include your account email, approximate purchase date, checkout or receipt reference, and a short description. Never send your full card number, security code, API key, connection link, or website password. Creem is the Merchant of Record for purchases it processes; an approved payment refund is handled through Creem and the original payment method, subject to the provider's processing time.

Pending or failed payments

A failed or unconfirmed payment does not grant credits. A successful checkout redirect is not proof that a purchase settled. If you were charged and credits are missing, contact support with the receipt reference so the server payment records can be reconciled. Reprocessing the same verified transaction does not grant credits twice.

Platform failures and usage corrections

Platform startup failures and sessions interrupted by a platform failure are free. A problem on a target website, incorrect automation, or a normal stop is not by itself a platform failure. For an incorrect usage charge, provide the session ID and approximate time so support can inspect the recorded lifecycle and settlement.

Refunds and disputes affect credits

Confirmed refunded or disputed purchase principal is reversed from the credit ledger. An unresolved dispute or insufficient remaining credits can restrict new browser creation while the account is reviewed. Existing sessions follow their already approved budgets. TabSail does not automatically charge your card to cover a credit shortfall.
